Q:
Are you the manufacturer of the noni juice?

A:
Yes, we are manufacturing all our products ourselves. We shipping the noni fruits from the Cook Islands to New Zealand where they get processed in a state of the art processing plant. This plant is capable of producing up to 60,000 litres per day of noni juice. From there the juice goes to a different plant for bottling. Our other noni products like noni capsules, noni crèmes, noni treats and noni lozenges are all manufactured at different plants here in New Zealand using the same base product noni juice.
We market our products directly to you as a consumer when you purchase from our website.

Q:
Why is your product so cheap?

A:
Same answer as to question one. We sell our products directly to you as a consumer with no middle man or distributor when you purchase directly from our website. In addition, we do not offer a MLM system which tends to increase the end price of the product dramatically.
Q:
Is your noni juice really organic?

A:
Yes, our noni juice is certified organic to worldwide standard. Our organic certification number is NZ0475 registered with AgriQuality New Zealand to international IFOAM standards. Click here to see our current organic certificate which is issued on a yearly basis.
Q:
Is the shipping really free for anywhere in the world?

A:
Yes, the prices include the shipping to any destination in the world with no minimum order quantity. This means for example if you order only one bottle noni juice, the price shown on our pricelist is all you are paying to have the bottle shipped to your door. For larger quantities like hundred bottles noni juice or more, some countries will charge you with import duty or local taxes. This is unfortunately out of our control nor can we tell you how much these charges might be. These extra charges will have to be paid by yourself on arrival in your country to the local customs authorities. If you plan to order larger amounts, please contact your local customs office for more information prior to ordering.
Q:
Do you offer volume discounts?

A:
Yes, we offer a discount if you order more that one unit of any noni product. For amounts of up to 12 units, see the discounts on our pricelist/order form which will be applied automatically. If you are interested in larger amounts, please use our price request form.
Q:
Do you have a reseller program?

A:
Yes, we do offer a reseller program. It is completely free to join without any compulsory regular orders. This means, after you sign up you do not have to purchase anything on a regular basis.  After signing up, you will receive your own website which we will maintain - absolutely no skills like how to run a website required. All you have to do, is to promote your website by telling your friends for example. For every order coming through your website, we will pay you a commission which will be credited to your affiliate account. After your commission reaches $100.00 or more, you can request a payout. We will charge your customers and send the goods to them directly - it can't be any easier.

Q:
Who do you use for shipping and how long does it take?

A:
We use New Zealand couriers for all our shipping. Shipping times are as follows:

New Zealand: 1-3 days
Australia: 3-5 days
Europe inc. UK: 6-10 days
USA: 6-11 days
All other: 8-14 days

Please note that these shipping times are estimates only. During peek times like Christmas or other public holidays, your order can take more time to arrive.

What payment methods do you accept and is it secure?

A:
For payment we accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, PayPal, bank transfer and personal cheque.
All credit card transactions are handled on our secure server  which uses 129bit encryption, which is one of the most secure levels available. This means that your credit card details are encrypted on our server and that send to the bank for processing. The bank that reports back to our server if the transaction has been approved or declined. This process takes only a few seconds. No credit card details are held on our server nor do our staff see your details. Your credit card is charged in the currency shown on the order form which means that currency fluctuations are not affecting your purchase price. For more details on credit card security click here.
PayPal payments are handled by PayPal itself. PayPal is a very secure and easy to use system. There are no extra charges for since the service is completely free of charge. To pay via PayPal you need to have an account with them.
Paying via cheque or bank transfer will delay the dispatch of your order since we require the payment first before releasing any goods.. Once we receive your payment you will be notified via e-mail that your order has been dispatched.
