We have decided to stop selling our Noni juice in plastic bottles with immediate effect.

The reason for this is that due to the low sales and also due to the fact that several customers had their Noni juice in plastic bottles starting to ferment. After several weeks of investigations and also testing of the product, we found that plastic bottles do not offer the same protection for the juice like glass bottles. Heat and sunlight during the transport can cause the juice to start fermenting in very rare cases which unfortunately was completely out of our control. The juice is still completely save to consume - in fact, the traditional way on the Islands is to ferment the Noni fruits for several month's in wooden barrels before consuming the juice.
We still offer our Noni juice in glass bottles and also decided to drop the price for several shipping destinations.

Just a little note when something starts to ferment, that generally means it becomes alchoholic, meaning you can get drunk. So now the question is why would most of these people be complaining, this juice is to heal not? Well take your mind off of healing and let your brain go numb.. Just a thought or two.

Not sure what you mean. We had a problem and some customers noticed that the juice started to ferment in the bottles. Tests have shown that the plastic allows oxygen to penetrate the plastic under certain temperatures which caused the product to ferment. Our Noni juice is after all a fresh juice product. We simply informed our customers and took the product of the market.

The alcohol level of the fermented juice was under 0.6% which is very low but it was enough to make the juice fizzy. Legal levels of alcohol measured on Ethanol allowed in Europe for fruit juices are up to 3%. To feel any effect of the alcohol you would have to drink something like 10L at a time.
Keep in mind, natural fermentation is a normal process in fruits you eat every day. If your apples or bananas go brown for example, the fruit has started to ferment. Still, if you eat the fruit you would not feel any effect of the alcohol.

Also keep in mind, that we admitted having a problem and fixed it by taking the product of the market. Many juice manufacturers add preservatives to their product which will prevent any change of the product. We decided not to go this way and stay with our natural product.

Well, I see thought the fermentation would have been higher then that, and well if you eat a fermenting apple, well when it turns brown before you feel the effect of alchohol you would most likely puke, and well I realized after I posted that I was wrong sorry admin.

I glad I saw this today. I was just thinking about buying some Noni Juice from a fellow yesterday, and it wsa in plastic bottles. I am still going to buy some, but in glass bottles. I just wanted to come here first and learn some more about it before I bought any, and now I am glad I waited.

I think most of you if I must say so have missed the point. For thousands of years this product has been fermented naturaly and used by the native people to cure just about everything you could come up with. Only recently have we come up with the glass or plastic bottle... I ask the administrator or anyone else to show any scientific study or fact that shows any benifits from fresh verses fermented noni juice. Please don't take this reply wrong but if their is I would like to see it. I have read just about all the info I can find on the net and I have seen claims by people who are selling it but no facts...
