If you are looking for a site that has great sources of Kava to purchase try
http://www.ethnobotany.com/herbs/kava.html
It seems honest and reliable.

Kava is a herbal remedy mainly used on the South Pacific Islands.
Traditionally Kava is taken as a watery drink made out of the root of the Kava plant. It has several healing properties and is sometimes even used to replace Prozac.

Thanks for the info noniman, I had found a couple of links for other users to look into.
http://www.raysahelian.com/kava.html - seems pretty informative, lots of info about it.
and another site that I found interesting
http://kavaroot.com/aboutkava_frames.htm - has a lot about where it comes from and its history.
