| IMO every sport is good for health. I would go for badminton and kick boxing/karate. Both sports increase your reflexes, fat burner and fun thing to do. Kick boxing or any other self defense related sports is very ideal for women specially now a days that we should always be prepared to depend our self.

| I think gymnastics creates the perfect "sexy body" The only girls I seem to be attracted to are ones that do gymnastics. Of course it doesnt really matter if they are pretty good looking and have a great personality to compensate

| I agree with the dancing. Some years ago, I had lost a lot of weight, and I didn't really exercise, per se, but I danced like every night for a solid year, and my body tone was excellent. I literally had NO fat anywhere. Gee, I should do that again! lol!

| I think any sport is good for women's health, but I particularly enjoy yoga. It helps you stretch, it tones muscles, and it helps your organs function better.

| I would like to say swimming. But I think it should be a variety of sports to make one fit as opposed to just one. Swimming and poladies are some. Dancing is great because you can interact with someone else. Team sport. It is always fun doing some kind of sport with a partner or friends.

| Yeah, I choose Badminton and Swimming also, it is good for women, especially swimming is good for women who have scoliosis.

I think that by poladies he meant pilates . It's very good for your tonus but the effects are visible after a big period of time. If you can bear it tae-bo is a 10+!
