Recommended dosage:
1 teaspoon, 3 - 5g 20 minutes before a meal twice daily mixed with
water or your favourite fruit juice.
Try sprinkling it onto
your salads or other cold food. As with most nutritional supplements
Green Barley should not be heated above 40°C otherwise the important
enzymes that help give them there effectiveness start to deplete.
