In today’s fast paced world, it seems that everyone is looking for an energy boost. Starbucks, Dunkin Donuts, and other coffee inspired hang outs line the crowded streets, hoping to attract another customer looking for a quick fix. While many feel that these places that generously sell tea, coffee, and fruit juice are just damaging to our health, they actually can be beneficial. Surprisingly, many of these beverages are jam packed with antioxidants and other nutrients that could prevent diseases later in life.

As we all know, coffee comes in an assortment of flavors. From hazelnut to iced mocha to a shot of espresso - there are a million different ways to drink to your coffee. So why exactly are these beverages so beneficial to our health? Studies have shown that almost every type of coffee is rich in antioxidants. These antioxidants are vital to have, seeing as they reduce the risk of heart disease, cancer, diabetes, and other major diseases. While coffee is wonderful to have on a daily basis, it is recommended that only 1-2 cups a day are consumed. Unfortunately, those who drink large amounts each day are more likely to acquire the illnesses we are desperately trying to fight. Still want your antioxidants, but don’t enjoy coffee? Foods such as carrots, broccoli, eggs, fish, and tomatoes are all home to antioxidants.

Despite the fact that coffee is a preferred beverage, most people also enjoy a cup of tea. While antioxidants are also found here, there are additional benefits. If women drink just one cup a day, studies have shown that the risk of ovarian cancer is almost cut in half. In addition, we can also prevent skin cancer as well as soaring levels of cholesterol and blood pressure, if we choose tea over coffee.

Providentially, fruit juice is a third beverage that has an array of benefits. Though most juices are not as advantageous as tea, there are some that work wonders. Noni Juice for instance, is a powerful natural fruit juice that can boost the immune system, increase energy, alleviate acne, and even treat arthritis pain. Whether you have an ailment or just want to feel healthy, Noni Juice can certainly help your body. From apple juice to pomegranate juice, there is undoubtedly a beverage for every one of your symptoms.

No matter how healthy we are, it is imperative to take care of ourselves. While diet and exercise are also important, taking a look at what we drink is just as vital. As shown above, just drinking a cup of green tea can change someone’s entire life. Not a fan of coffee? Noni Juice or even a simple glass of orange juice can help our bodies cope with annoying symptoms. Though consuming a dozen cups of coffee is not recommended, it is still beneficial to have one per day. As a result, you will feel healthier and more alive than you would have ever imagined. Just think, finally we have a reason to take a trip to our local Dunkin Donuts.
