Eliminating Symptoms of Migraine Headaches

Posted on March 30th, 2007 in Noni Juice by admin

Migraine headaches are not by any means easy to live with. Those who suffer from migraines often find themselves unable to properly function in aspects of their daily lives. There are several factors that can trigger a migraine headache such as stress, allergies, irregular sleep patterns, dehydration, bright lights, loud sounds, and physical tension. Certain types of food can also trigger migraines in some people, like corn, chocolate, and pickled products. Even rapidly changing weather patterns can trigger migraines, especially extreme temperatures when coupled with humidity. Overall, migraine headaches may seem to be inescapable to those who are extra sensitive to the effects of these triggers. When experiencing the severe pain of a migraine episode, people often resort to the first relief available at the drug store. Other natural remedies for relieving migraines are often overshadowed by the pharmaceutical industry.

The first place that migraine sufferers usually look to for relief are a family of drugs known as triptans. Among the class of triptans include sumatriptan, zolmitriptan, naratripton, eletriptan, and almotriptan. All of these drugs serve to reduce symptoms, although many people will still get a full on migraine as the day progesses. Those who are not comfortable with relying solely on these drugs have turned to noni juice for relief. After a steady intake of noni juice, some people have reported that not only do the symptoms of migraines take a decline, but the occurance of migraine episodes in themselves become greatly reduced. Noni juice contains a significant amount of anthraquinones, which is extremely helpful in fighting inflammation. Anthraquinones also have analgesic properties, which serve as a natural pain reliever. For those who don’t find pharmaceutical treatments to be fully effective in reducing symptoms, giving noni juice a try may offer a new hope of relief.

Aside from all of the available treatments to reduce the symptoms of a migraine headache, the best action to take is to prevent them from occurring in the first place. The most natural prevention method should be avoiding the migraine triggers. If you observe what triggers effect you the most, you can take action to avoid them to the best of your ability. For example, if irregular sleep patterns and stress trigger your migraine episodes, keeping your stress under control could also help your sleep schedule. So both triggers would be eliminated right there. In any case, rather than reducing the symptoms, it’s always better to tackle the source of the ailments.

Posted on March 18th, 2007 in Noni Juice by admin

Breeding a winning race horse is a tough job, and getting a competitive advantage in any ethical means necessary is the rule. It’s not optional. One such advantage is through the use of noni juice, and you can bet that if your competition isn’t using noni juice on their race horses now, that they will be in the very near future. With this in mind, any serious horse breeder needs noni juice to stay competitive in today’s horse racing world.

So why all the commotion about noni juice, and how does it give your horse an advantage? Well, first of all, noni juice has been tested and proven in several clinical studies to reduce inflammation, which is essential when it comes to race horses and their well used joints. The anti-inflammatory properties of noni juice insure that your horse can run the distance at full speed longer, since their joints won’t get inflamed quite as quickly, and that’s just the first benefit.

Along with noni juice’s anti-inflammatory properties, it also offers a myriad of other benefits to equine health. Noni has been clinically proven to reduce stress, strengthen the immune system, and to prevent cancer. Undoubtedly these are beneficial to your horse, but the enzymes in noni juice have a lot more to offer. Noni has many essential vitamins and minerals that help in the healing process, meaning your horses and colts will recover much quicker after coming off of the track. Noni’s stress reducing properties will keep your horse more relaxed when racing and extremely healthy all the time.

Feeding noni juice to your horse is done like most other horse supplements, through their food. Mixing 2 to 4 ounces of noni juice in with your horse’s daily meal, and 4 to 6 ounces when approaching a show are recommended. Keeping your horse in top shape is definitely a high priority, as I am sure you know, and the daily noni juice supplement is a superb and natural way to achieve that. Remember, healthy parents produce healthy colts and foals.

In conclusion, noni juice has become a popular supplement in horse racing for good reason. Its large number of health benefits and performance boosting properties make it essential in today’s horse racing world. Make sure your horse isn’t left behind by using this all natural supplement to keep them healthy and competitive. You really have nothing to lose by trying it, and a race to win once you do.

Advantages of Certified Organic Fruit Juices

Posted on March 5th, 2007 in Noni Juice by admin

Some companies and corporations try to increase their sales by methods that lean very close to false advertisement, but just barely avoid crossing that line. Statements such as “60% Better” that refer to mythical figures come to mind. 60% better than what? Another classic is example is “Made with Natural Flavors,” which can mean that the synthetic flavors are meant to simulate natural flavors. However, there is one area where consumers may not realize they are being deceived, and it’s very close to the “natural flavoring” marketing ploy; just because the label says “organic” it doesn’t mean the whole product is organic.

There’s a big difference between naming a product “Organic Product Name” and having a product that is actually certified organic. That difference is that certified products must be 100% organic, while in most jurisdictions, products that have the word organic in it only have to have at least one organic ingredient in it. Of course in some US states the word organic can only be used on certified organic products, but until that becomes a global mandate, there will always be companies out there trying to take advantage of consumers.

One of the main advantages of certified organic fruit juice is accountability. There are strict requirements in place worldwide that make getting a certification difficult for companies who do not meet the requirements. A lot of companies have no problem calling their products organic when only a portion of the juice actually comes from an organic ingredient, but fortunately to be certified organic, the product has to actually be 100% organic juice.

Another key advantage to certified organic juice is that you get all of what the fruit has to offer. With regular fruit juice, the processing itself destroys many of the essential enzymes that make the fruit desirable in the first place. This is especially true with natural remedies such as noni juice. The last thing you want to do is destroy the very things that make noni juice the panacea it is. That’s why certified organic juice is superior, because through careful and natural processing, these certified companies are able to produce natural fruit juice that retains all the essential elements of the fruit it’s derived from, and thus makes the juice actually worth drinking.

So next time your in the store shopping for an organic fruit juice, make sure you buy certified organic fruit juice. That way you are guaranteed to actually be purchasing what the companies are advertising to you. Trust me, your body will thank you.

Fruit juice – Essential in our Daily Diet?

Posted on March 1st, 2007 in Noni Juice by admin

Staying healthy has got to be one the easiest and most rewarding things in life… once you get the hang of it of course. Really, what it consists of is finding things that A) you find to be irresistible and delicious, and B) are healthy for you. I guess it’s only as difficult as your desire for junk food, so the less junk food you craved before getting healthy directly relates to how easy it is for you to choose a healthy diet and stick to it.

Now a lot of time I see otherwise health conscious friends and colleagues drinking soda and other sugar laden or Aspartame laced soft drinks, and can’t help but ask them why they aren’t drinking a natural juice instead. One of the answers I got surprised me, not because of what the person said necessarily, but from whom it came from, one of my most health conscious friends. Her answer was that she didn’t know if fruit juice was really an essential part of a healthy diet. My initial response was that fruit juice was sure a whole of a lot better then a Coke. She agreed that some fruit juices are, but others were just as bad or worse then soda.

We didn’t have a lot of time to talk, so we never got a chance to finish the conversation. Her position intrigued me, and I definitely understood where she was coming from. A lot of cheap “fruit” juices contain very little fruit at all, and some of the lower end “fruit” drinks contain “natural flavoring” with no actual fruit juice to be found. Obviously those “juices” are not aimed at those trying to live a healthy lifestyle.

Back to her answer though, are fruit juices essential to a healthy daily diet? Well, the answer to that depends on how much actual fruit you eat during the course of a day. The USDA recommends that most adult Americans consume 2 cups worth of raw fruit or 100% fruit juice a day, so according to thm, fruit juice is an essential part of your daily diet. They don’t specify what fruit juice to drink, so feel free to drink orange, apple, or even noni juice, just make sure you get the 100% real fruit juice to actual get the full benefits from it.

Next time I talked to my co-worker, we had a bit more time to talk. I mentioned the USDA recommendations and needless to say we both agreed that fruit juice is an essential part of a healthy diet. 100% real fruit juice that is.

The Booming Chinese Economy and Natural Remedies

Posted on February 20th, 2007 in Noni Juice by admin

The Chinese economy is a multifaceted system which has been steadily increasing throughout the last several decades. Technology, production, and cheap labor all come to mind when thinking about the strength of the Chinese economy. However, most people don’t instantly associate the Chinese economy with natural remedies, regardless of the fact they are one of the largest exporters of natural remedies in the world. From the culture that brought us acupuncture and feng shui, it should come as no surprise that they provide so many alternative medicines to the world, providing both a benefit to their economy and greater health through out the globe.

The history of Chinese culture helps to shed light on how they became such a huge producer of natural remedies. From the roots of Taoism came the core fundamental spiritual philosophies that dominated the early Chinese view of herbs and their effects on the body to ward off sickness and disease. Other herbs were seen as preventative substances, and were used to keep the body in maximum health. As the centuries passed, the Chinese developed more knowledge of the healing power of natural remedies, and eventually settled on 50 fundamental Chinese herbs.

Today, there has been a dramatic increase in the amount of people turning away from synthetic medicines produced in corporate laboratories, back towards the root of medical knowledge. Evidence of this abounds daily as alternative medicines and holistic remedies such a noni juice increase in popularity across the globe. China’s role in this emerging trend is quite large, considering many of the natural remedies popular today are indigenous to the region. Also, China’s shear landmass coupled with the country’s great understanding of trade and export has produced a ripe market for the country in the alternative health industry, one that is sure to continue for the foreseeable future.

One things for certain, although China has leaps and bounds to go in terms of improving their human rights, the country’s contribution to the world of holistic remedies is among the best in the world. Next time you buy an herbal tincture or natural remedy, don’t be surprised if the bottle says made in China.
