Now before we go further, let’s make sure we understand that the Noni fruit plant doesn’t just provide the healthy supplement in a juice form. The following is the suggested intake of Noni Juice. This is only a suggestion, so feel free to do your own research and find the intake that works best for you. Also keep in mind that not all juices are the same. Make sure you read the labels and understand any special instructions for that specific product. This will probably vary from product to product.

For the first three days it is suggested that an adult take 1tsp. before breakfast. After the first three days of Noni Juice intake, you can begin taking 2 oz. before breakfast for the first month (this is referred to as the “loading stage”). The “therapeutic stage”, or month two through six allows for 2 oz. of Noni Juice before breakfast.

The bottom line is this. If you make sure you are eating a healthy breakfast, made up of a good combination of the recommended breakfast food groups, and then on top of that enjoy a taste of Noni Juice. You have, indeed, created the breakfast of champions.
